Job Description
As a Customer Project Manager at Nokia, you will lead the execution of Core/SDM/Cloud/BA/Enterprise Projects, ensuring they meet our high operational standards.
You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
Your role is integral to our Customer Delivery Management team, where collaboration with diverse stakeholders drives successful outcomes.

You have:
- 10-15 years of project management experience, preferably in telecommunications or IT
- Strong knowledge of project planning and risk management methodologies
- Proficient in managing customer relationships and stakeholder communications
- Experience with financial forecasting and budget management
It would be nice if you also had:
- PMP Certification
- Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field
- Familiarity with Agile and other project management frameworks
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling in existing customer accounts
- Skills to facilitate global communication
