Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding queries and grievances.
- Handle employee calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
- Support HR Business Partners in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve employee concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper records of employee interactions and follow up on pending issues.
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA degree in HR is an added advantage
- Good communication skills (spoken and written).
- Patient, empathetic, and approachable personality.
- Basic understanding of HR concepts is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn from senior HR team members.
- Comfortable interacting with employees across levels.
