Job Description

Objective Of This Role: (Brief description of the role, why are we hiring, and what will person in this role do)

  • The Human Resources Generalist manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office. The HR Generalist manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.

Tasks & Responsibilities: (Major task and role person will have to perform list all the relevant points)

CORE HUMAN RESOURCES

  • plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff
  • plan and conduct new employee orientation & Induction
  • identify and manage training and development needs for employees
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
  • administer HR policies and procedures
  • administer compensation and benefits
  • ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation
  • leave management
  • Implement and monitor performance management system
  • handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes
  • conduct exit interviews
  • review and update employee rules and regulations
  • maintain the human resource information system and employee database
  • coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness
  • maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
  • Maintain all details of service agreements with clients.

Education & Trainings:

(Basic & Professional)

  • Master Degree with relevant experience

Technical know how: (Mention the technology on which person must be experienced)

MS-Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power point)

Mandatory:

Microsoft Excel Knowledge

  • Good to know:

Soft Skills: (Inputs on soft skills required for role, like team management, communication, customer management etc)

  • Communication Skills
  • Take responsibilities on own

  • Total : 1 5 years
  • Relevant* : 1 3 Years
