Job Title: Project Manager, End User & Networking
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 8 years - 15 years
Department: IT Infrastructure & Services
Role Overview
The Project Manager End User & Networking will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT infrastructure projects focused on end-user computing (EUC) and networking solutions. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of IT service delivery, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation within scope, budget, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects related to end-user services and networking infrastructure.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop detailed project plans including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Should have good technical expertise
- Track and report project progress to stakeholders and senior management.
End User Computing (EUC)
- Oversee implementation and support of desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Ensure effective deployment of operating systems, productivity tools (MS Office 365, collaboration tools, etc.), and security compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware/software procurement and maintenance.
- Ensure smooth end-user experience through ITIL-based service management.
Networking
- Lead projects involving LAN/WAN setup, wireless networks, firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Coordinate with network teams to ensure secure and efficient connectivity across business locations.
- Implement network upgrades, security enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and data protection regulations.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Lead, mentor, and guide technical teams throughout project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project risks, dependencies, and milestones.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management skills (PMP/Prince2/Agile certification preferred).
- Hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and end-user computing.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, ITIL framework, and endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 710 years of IT experience with at least 35 years in project management roles.
- Coordination with the Global Client
Proven track record in delivering EUC and networking projects in mid-to-large enterprises.
