Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support decision-making across departments. The role involves creating and maintaining reports, ensuring data accuracy, and improving reporting processes using tools like Excel, SQL, and ERP/CRM systems.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for various departments.
  
• Work with internal teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
  
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
  
• Perform data analysis to support business decisions and highlight trends or issues.
  
• Maintain dashboards and databases, ensuring data integrity and regular updates.
  
• Coordinate with the IT/Development team for system enhancements and troubleshooting.
  
• Provide support for audits and ensure compliance with data and reporting standards.
  
• Maintain documentation of reporting processes and systems used.
  
• Ensure secure handling and confidentiality of all sensitive data.

Preferred Skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
  
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  
• Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.

• Fluency in Tamil (Spoken and Written )is mandatory
