Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Maintain and update employee records in HR database.
Assist in payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Handle employee queries and grievances in a professional manner.
Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
