Job Description
- Role Overview: As an Infoscion, you will be an integral part of the delivery team, where your main responsibility will be to collaborate with clients to ensure quality assurance, resolve issues, and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction. Your tasks will involve understanding requirements, designing and reviewing solutions, validating architecture, and delivering top-notch service offerings in the technology sector. You will also play a key role in project estimation, provide insights for solution delivery, manage technical risks, conduct code reviews, and review unit test plans. Leading and guiding your teams in developing high-quality code deliverables, fostering continuous knowledge management, and ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and processes will be crucial aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Interface with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction - Understand requirements, create and review designs, validate architecture, and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain - Participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews, and review unit test plan reviews - Lead and guide teams in developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with clients and team members - Proficiency in requirements analysis, solution design, architecture validation, and project estimation - Experience in code reviews, unit test plan reviews, and technical risk planning - Ability to lead and guide teams towards developing efficient programs/systems and ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and processes Additional Details: Infosys is dedicated to helping clients navigate their digital transformation journey by building efficient programs and systems.
