Job Description
Role Overview
Title: Product Owner:
EXP+10+Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners and Servicing notice period candidates
Duration: 6 Months WFH
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (Mandatory), ideally 35 years
Platform: Salesforce (Health Cloud, Service Cloud preferred)
Nature of Role:
Purely Product Ownership
No people management responsibilities
Strong understanding of Salesforce applications and integrations
Familiarity with MuleSoft and API integration (not development, but mapping and functional understanding)
Shift Timings
7:30 AM 5:30 PM IST
USA / Canada-based client alignment
Confirmation pending on final shift schedule
Skills & Requirements
Mandatory:
Salesforce platform expertise
Experience with Health Cloud and Service Cloud
Strong understanding of integrations (MuleSoft, APIs)
Preferred:
No certification required
Functional mapping capabilities
Work Mode
Remote opportunity available
Candidates may be required to visit the Bangalore office once a month if needed
