Job Description: 

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand visibility, generating qualified leads and positioning the organization as a trusted Audio-Visual (AV) and Unified Communication (UC) solutions provider. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring marketing efforts directly support business growth and sales objectives.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Marketing & Positioning
    • Define and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Strengthen the companys brand as a leading AV/UC system integrator.
    • Analyze competitors and identify differentiators.
  2. Lead Generation & Sales Enablement
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital + offline) to generate qualified leads.
    • Support the sales team with pitch decks, case studies and account-specific marketing.
    • Track and optimize lead conversion metrics.
  3. Digital & Content Marketing
    • Manage the companys website, SEO, SEM, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
    • Develop blogs, whitepapers, demo videos and customer case studies.
    • Run webinars, newsletters and thought-leadership campaigns.
  4. Customer & Market Engagement
    • Organize demos, workshops, and industry events to showcase solutions.
    • Capture and promote client success stories through testimonials and videos.
    • Work with the service team to design customer retention and upselling campaigns.
  5. Partner & OEM Marketing
    • Collaborate with OEM partners for co-marketing activities.
    • Leverage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and partner programs.
    • Position the company as a preferred and certified partner with OEMs.
  6. Event & Industry Presence
    • Manage participation in InfoComm India, AVIXA events, and enterprise tech expos.
    • Organize roundtable and CXO connect events with target industries.
  7. Data & Performance Tracking
    • Measure and report on marketing KPIs (leads generated, digital reach, CAC, ROI).
    • Optimize campaigns based on analytics and feedback.
