Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of credit card sales professionals to achieve targets and grow revenue.
  
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive lead generation, conversion, and retention.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead in the competitive banking landscape.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-10 years of experience in B2C Sales, Telesales, Outbound Sales, Credit Card Sales, Inside Sales, Banking Sales or Loan Sales.
  
• Proven track record of achieving target achievements through effective leadership and strategy execution.
  
• Strong understanding of Credit Card Operations, Banking Processes (including loan origination), and Sales Initiatives.
