As Recruiting Administrator,
You Have High school diploma or equivalent is required1 - 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environmentHR/Recruiting experience (considered an asset)
Basic knowledge of sourcing and recruitment Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong attention to detailStrong analytical and customer service skillsThe ability to work independently and as part of a team
A dynamic, proactive attitude with a passion to learn new things and adapt to change
The ability to listen and maintain patience during difficult situationsThe ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
