We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer with strong expertise in Moveworks implementation and operations. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of Moveworks deployments from initial setup and integrations to continuous optimization and analytics. You will also collaborate across teams to advance our agentic AI stack, contributing to intelligent automation, governance, and measurable service outcomes.

Role Overview

• We are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer who has hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and operating Moveworks at scale.
• You will own the end-to-end lifecyclefrom standing up integrations (e.g., ServiceNow/Jira, Slack/Teams, SSO/HRIS) and curating knowledge sources, to model training/tuning, conversational analytics, guardrails, and run-time operations.
• Youll also contribute to our broader agentic AI stack (multi-agent orchestration, evaluation, and governance) to deliver measurable outcomes such as ticket deflection, MTTR reduction, and CSAT gains.
