Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Training Need Identification and Analysis: Identify training needs and develop customized training programs to enhance the skills of our pharmacy staff.
Training Delivery: Coordinate and deliver training programs in supervisory development, soft skills, technical, and process-driven areas.
Induction Training: Plan and deliver induction training to new hires on a bi-monthly basis.
Monthly Training Calendar: Prepare a monthly training calendar to ensure consistent training and development of our staff.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: Previous experience in training and development, preferably in a pharmacy setting

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, including prescription processing and inventory management

- Ability to develop and deliver effective training program
