Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and discharge processes.
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding hospital services, doctors availability, and procedures.
Maintain and update patient records accurately.
Resolve patient complaints or escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
Ensure all customer service protocols and quality standards are followed.
Educate patients on hospital policies, procedures, and available services.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies, especially those related to patient rights and information.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates experience with Fertility background will be added benefits.
