Job Description
- Role Overview: Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm, is seeking a Manager for the Order to Cash process. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of the entire order to cash process, including various invoice types. You will be working in a high-pressure environment, leading a team of approximately 20 to 25 individuals. Key Responsibilities: - Validate Purchase Order (PO) requests to bill the order - Investigate discrepancies in POs and invoices with disputes - Manage Order to Cash activities related to collections and dispute management - Interact with end customers through calls and emails for collecting past due amounts - Meet collections targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis - Manage relationships with customers and Country/Regional FD through various communication channels - Participate in governance meetings at the country/region level and collaborate effectively with team members - Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation of Lean and Six Sigma projects - Communicate effectively with internal departments for issue resolution, including sales, operations, and credit teams Qualifications Required: Minimum qualifications: - B.Com graduation (MBA Finance preferred) - Relevant work experience in Order to Cash Preferred qualifications: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel - SAP knowledge and experience in generating reports from SAP would be an added advantage Additional Company Details: Genpact is a global professional services and solutions firm with over 125,000 employees in 30+ countries.
