Job Description

As a lead developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using tools such as Kofax TotalAgility Essentials, Visual Studio .NET, and Microsoft SQL Server. Your role will involve working in a hybrid model, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that meet business needs. You will ensure the seamless integration of web services and maintain robust data quality standards. Your responsibilities will include leading the design and development of software applications using Kofax TotalAgility Essentials, overseeing the implementation of Visual Studio .NET solutions, and providing expertise in Microsoft SQL Server for maintaining data integrity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate web services using SOAP and ensure adherence to best practices in software development. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Mentoring junior developers, coordinating with project managers for timely project delivery, and implementing data quality standards using Microsoft SQL Server (DQS) are also part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should demonstrate extensive experience with Kofax TotalAgility Essentials, possess strong proficiency in Visual Studio .NET, exhibit expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, and have a solid understanding of web services, particularly SOAP. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and leadership qualities are essential for this role. Certifications required for this position include Kofax TotalAgility Certification and Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.,
