Job Description
- As a Deputy Manager - Project Site Planner in the Central Projects Department at Chikhli (near Navsari), your role will involve developing detailed construction schedules for projects. This includes breaking down project phases, activities, and milestones to ensure efficient planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate sequencing of work such as civil, mechanical, and electrical to prevent clashes and delays. - Monitor actual progress versus planned progress, update schedules accordingly, and identify critical delays or risks. - Optimize resource allocation including manpower, machinery, and materials based on project timelines. - Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align site activities with the master project plan. - Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks proactively. - Prepare progress reports and dashboards for management reviews. - Ensure that planning is compliant with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical engineering. - Expertise in project planning software. - Optional certifications like PMP or PSP would be beneficial. - MBA in Construction management is preferred.,
