- Role Overview: As a Deputy Manager - Technology Transfer at SAVA Healthcare, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful transfer of pharmaceutical processes and technologies from the R&D phase to the manufacturing phase. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualifications: Masters degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field. - Experience: 8-12 years in pharmaceutical R&D, process development, or tech transfer within a GMP environment. - Technical Skills: Profound understanding of pharmaceutical development processes, equipment, and regulatory requirements. - Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation abilities. - Other Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with process modeling and data analysis tools, and knowledge of project management methodologies.
