Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives to join our team. This role is focused on Employer of Record (EOR) sales, where you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the growth of our global business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients for EOR services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable EOR solutions.
• Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales/business development.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (9 PM 5 AM IST).
• Basic knowledge of IT services or staffing industry (preferred but not mandatory).
