Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls & chat

Provide accurate resolution & ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

Graduate / Undergraduate

0-3 years international voice experience

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

Willingness to work night shifts

Salary & Benefits:

Permanent role: 25,000 30,000/month Experience employee

Contract role Employee (3 months): 19,000 take home+ 5,000 retention bonus post completing 3month on Contact (No PF)
