Job Description
Job Title: Flexcube Tester Manual Testing (Core Banking)
Location: Chennai, India
Experience: 4 to 8 Years
Joining Time: Immediate to 15 Days
Maximum CTC: 8 LPA
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manual Tester with strong knowledge of Oracle Flexcube and core banking functionalities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end testing of Flexcube modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of Oracle Flexcube modules in a core banking setup
- Review and analyze business requirements and functional specifications
- Develop comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and test data based on business scenarios
- Execute functional, integration, and regression testing
- Log and track defects using standard defect management tools
- Coordinate with development, business analysts, and support teams to resolve issues
- Provide support during UAT and post-production rollout
- Ensure adherence to banking compliance standards during testing
- Prepare and maintain documentation including test summary reports
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Flexcube (Retail/Corporate/Universal Banking)
- Sound knowledge of core banking processes and functionalities
- Proven experience in manual testing functional, integration, regression
- Ability to write and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
- Experience in testing across modules like CASA, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance, etc.
- Defect management using tools like JIRA, QC, or similar
- Good communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams
