Job Description
- Role Overview: As a Deputy Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager Hardware at Schneider Electric, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop Electronics Hardware, specifically focusing on power supply design and testing as per product requirements. You will oversee Analog & Digital circuit design, Signal Integrity and High-speed design, and the selection and peripheral design of controllers/processors like Memory, RTC, Display, etc. Your expertise in mixed signal electronics hardware, high-speed design, and PCB design will be pivotal for the successful execution of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and developing Electronics Hardware - Conducting power supply design and testing in alignment with product requirements - Executing Analog & Digital circuit design - Implementing Signal Integrity and High-speed design techniques - Selecting and designing peripherals for controllers/processors - Utilizing hands-on experience in mixed signal electronics hardware, high-speed design, and PCB design - Performing simulation of electronic circuits using tools like PSpice, LTSpice, Model Sim, etc. - Applying knowledge of global hardware design practices such as IEC, CE, UL, ATEX, etc. and product standards - Understanding EMI/EMC and incorporating design considerations - Familiarizing yourself with various communication protocols like Modbus RTU, USB, CAN, TCP, Profibus, etc. from a hardware design perspective Qualification Required: - B.E/ B.Tech in Electronics/Electronics Telecom - 3-9 years of experience in embedded systems (hardware development) Note: The above qualifications and experience are necessary to excel in the role of Deputy Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager Hardware at Schneider Electric.
