Location Bangalore/Hyderabad/Mumbai
Exp 9yrs to 12yrs
Notice period Immediate 30 days
JD as given below:
Primary skill: Dynatrace, AWS
Secondary Skill: PowerShell or Shell script
Note- There would be Rotational shifts for this role
Required Technical Skill set:
- Sound knowledge Dynatrace architecture.
- In depth experience in installing , configuring and maintaining Dynatrace.
- Should have experience in Cloud services like AWS, Azure etc.
- Administration knowledge on configuring monitoring in Dynatrace.
- Should have knowledge on PowerShell or Shell script.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Should manage and maintain end-to-end performance of all the application, workloads and environment.
- Analyse the performance data and act on negative performance trends to identify root cause.
- Support and enhance the system as required to implement new business application and technology.
- Deploy Maintenance in Dynatrace for CIs during off-business hours.
- Good to have knowledge on Grafana and Zabbix.
- Escalations and follow up with other technical teams.
- Prepare and maintain documentation , Reports for identified tasks.
- On time Escalation and Reporting of alerts as per Incident management process.
