Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Help with onboarding documentation and induction processes.
Maintain and update HR records and databases.
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Support in scheduling and coordinating interview.
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
Support HR team in daily administrative tasks and reports.
Help draft job descriptions, HR communications, and internal announcement.
Conduct basic research on HR best practices and policies
