Job Description
Greetings!! Vijaya Diagnostic Centre is Hiring for HR Trainee
at our Himayathnagar Corporate Office.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Draft and post job descriptions across relevant job portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.
- Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS/Excel).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial candidate engagement calls and assessments when required.
- Support the HR team in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
- Prepare and share recruitment status reports on a regular basis.
- Provide a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
