HR Executive - ( Contract to Hire )
Key responsibilities1. Recruitment and talent acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand department needs and attract qualified candidates.
- Draft offer letters, employment contracts, and other pre-employment documents.
- Manage the onboarding and induction process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
2. Employee relations and engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and issues in a fair and confidential manner.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and wellness programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify reasons for employee turnover.
3. HR administration and compliance
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process monthly payroll, benefits administration, and manage employee leave records.
- Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures to all staff.
- Ensure the company's HR practices comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and generate HR reports and presentations for management.
4. Performance and talent management
- Support the performance management process by assisting with performance reviews and appraisal meetings.
- Coordinate training and development programs to help employees enhance their skills and growth.
- Assist in creating development plans and succession planning programs.
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
Experience
- [e.g., 2+] years of proven work experience in an HR role.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with HR software (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office.
