Looking for motivated Engineering and Business Operations Technician to support Controls Engineering team with day-to-day operational and data management tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain project records and reports.
- Track assignment dates, due dates, and project milestones to support on-time delivery.
- Prepare and update simple status reports and dashboards for easy reference by team members.
- Support engineers and managers with documentation, task updates, and report formatting.
- Communicate clearly across teams to confirm updates and ensure information is accurate.

Work Experience- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience in data entry, project support, or technical operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); exposure to reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
Professional mindset with good communication and organizational skills.
- Full-time role with exposure to global engineering operations.
