Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned Product Manager with 10-20 years of experience to lead and manage diverse projects across web, mobile, and embedded domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies for digital projects and traditional Waterfall approaches for embedded systems. This role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on project execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product and program management for web, mobile, and embedded projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies for managing sprints and iterative development in digital projects.
- Utilize Waterfall methodology for structured planning and execution of embedded systems projects.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and operations.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing Agile/Scrum projects for web and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of Waterfall methodology for embedded systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) and PMP or equivalent.
- Experience in product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
