    Role Overview: As a Territory Manager - Personal Loan (Partner Business) in the Sales - Personal Loan department, your main responsibility will be to source loans from the market through DSAs/DSTs/Connectors and existing channel partners to build a quality portfolio. You will lead a team, establish strong relationships, encourage cooperation, and communicate effectively through various mediums. It is crucial to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines while carrying out tasks in a manner that supports sales objectives while also being risk-averse, aligning with the bank's overall goals. Key Responsibilities: - Source and manage channels in the market to acquire business - Maintain a high-quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection rates - Possess extensive knowledge of retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends - Identify evolving market trends and develop channels for business acquisition - Deliver exceptional customer service - Suggest enhancements to processes and policies within the Retail Banking sector to improve operational efficiencies and customer service Qualification Required: - Graduation degree in any field - 2 to 5 years of experience in Personal Loans - Connector Business,
