Job Description
- As a member of the Fusion Redwood Accelerated Adoption and Automation team at Oracle, you will work alongside cross-functional teams to help customers adopt new technological innovations like Redwood for Fusion Apps. Your role will involve a strong learning orientation to stay updated on emerging business models, processes, application product solutions, and technology features to deliver value to customers. You must maintain a highly flexible approach to adapt quickly in a fast-changing business environment. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a strong learning orientation to stay updated on emerging technologies and deliver value to customers. - Adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced business and organizational environment. Qualifications Required: - BE, BTech, MCA, CA, or equivalent preferred. - Good understanding of Oracle Fusion SaaS Applications. - Experience working on customizations for at least one of the Oracle SaaS applications (e.g., Oracle HCM, SCM, ERP, or CX). - Strong technical skills in SQL, PLSQL, OTBI/BIP reports, JavaScript, Java, etc. - Knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder Studio personalization. - Familiarity with DevOps (Agile methodology and CI/CD). - Knowledge of Fusion Embedded GenAI. - Nice to have - familiarity with server-side languages like Java, Python, Node.js for complex logic implementation. - 3+ years of relevant working experience. - Career Level: IC3.
