Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Handle international sales calls from clients across various countries, including UK, US, Canada, Australia, and more.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution for complex issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent English language proficiency for effective communication with international clients.
  • Ability to work on an evening shift schedule (rotating shifts) as per business requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of US sales processes, including US calling procedures.
  • 0-5 years of experience in international outbound sales or related field (BPO sales).
