Job Description
- In this role, you will be part of a dynamic Cloud & AI technical team leading the charge in AI transformation. As trusted technical advisors, you will help customers modernize their infrastructure, optimize operations, and drive innovation with Cloud & AI's cutting-edge capabilities. Your responsibilities will include migrating and modernizing estates to be AI-ready, accelerating innovation with AI agents and platforms, empowering development teams with AI, and unifying and modernizing data estates to help customers achieve their business needs. Responsibilities: - Anticipate customer needs and issues through data gathering - Build credibility with customers by using knowledge of customer context and solution expertise - Ensure technical wins for core technologies by independently driving technical discussions with customers - Collaborate with partners in sell-with scenarios to carry out technical engagement activities - Provide strategic, technical input based on Microsoft capability at the account level to contribute to strategy development - Demonstrate Microsoft solution capabilities effectively to showcase their value to customers - Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster trust and enhance customer satisfaction Qualifications: - Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 1+ year(s) technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 2+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience - Additional or preferred qualifications: 4+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience - 2+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management If you're ready to make a significant impact and drive AI transformation, this opportunity at SME&C can be the next step in your career journey.
