Job Description

Role Overview: As a QA Manager, you will lead a team of QA Testers within a cross-functional software team. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing QA strategies to create innovative software products that exceed customer expectations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for testing are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage the QA team for the business - Ensure the product meets or surpasses customer experience goals - Develop quality strategies and oversee software test plans - Execute software quality assurance activities for predictability and risk management - Collaborate with engineering and design teams - Monitor and enforce policies to achieve quality objectives - Train and motivate employees to maintain quality standards - Contribute to information analysis for quality assurance operational objectives Qualifications Required: - B.E/M.E/M.Sc.(CS/IT)/MCA/MBA with 5-10 years of experience - Experience in leading interactive software testing teams - Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences - Strong cross-functional communication skills - Track record in hiring and developing quality-minded individuals - Ability to work in a dynamic environment and resolve issues effectively - Proficiency in driving QA success through collaboration with engineering and design teams,
