Power BI / Tableau Developer Data Reporting & Dashboarding

Overview:

We are seeking skilled Power BI and Tableau Developers to join our Data Reporting and Dashboarding team. The team is responsible for creating accurate, insightful, and visually compelling dashboards that drive business decisions.

This role involves data lookup, data validation, data modeling, and reporting using Power BI and Tableau. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience building scalable BI solutions, working with complex data models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Tableau.
  
• Perform data lookup, cleansing, and validation to ensure high-quality and reliable reporting outputs.
  
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualization solutions.
  
• Develop optimized data models, DAX queries, and calculated fields for performance and efficiency.
  
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and data governance across reporting layers.
  
• Automate data refresh schedules and reporting processes.
  
• Identify trends, patterns, and key insights through data analysis and visualization.
  
• Work closely with data engineering teams to integrate data from multiple sources.
  
• Provide production support, troubleshoot report issues, and enhance dashboard performance.
  
• Mentor junior BI developers (for senior-level roles) and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
