Job Description:

Should be able to handle walk-in customers.

Ability to understand needs & interests of the customers and cater to the same.

Should be able to solve the queries of the customers as well as handling the customers in a cooperative & efficient way.

Should manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business of its branch.

Should be able to handle all the branch level activities for ensuring business growth.
Systematic planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch & for developing cohesiveness within the company
