Role Details

  • Identification and Acquisition of Corporate Mandates to open Salary Accounts in the assigned Market/Geography.
  • Ownership & delivery of business KPIs as per Defined Scorecard targets across NTB / CASATD & fee.
  • Good exposure to corporate communications and knowledge of banking products across Retail Liabilities and Assets.
  • Lead a team of Relationship Officers for achievement of Assigned goals and Sales Targets and effectively manage the team to reduce attrition

Sales

  • Acquire new corporate mandates through market study and cold calling.
  • Work with departments like TASC, BBG, Branch Banking, NRI and Current Account to generate new salary accounts.
  • Drive the cross sell penetration and deliver on KPIs / Defined Scorecard targets across NTB acquisition, Salary Activation, Fee (all products) and CASATD growth market share.
  • Organize and conduct CAMPS/ Marketing Activities at corporates to generate leads for cross sell products and Salary Accounts.

Service

  • SPOC for Corporates for all business & service related issues and coordinate with internal functional units to deliver the required solutions.
  • Manage and Resolve the queries and complaints raised by the corporates and employees to increase NPS with minimum TAT.
  • Report issues / concerns to the RH / CO for corrective action manage & resolve client requests / complaints

Leadership

  • Lead of team of Relationship officers and ensure achievement of Sales targets.
  • Regular training to ROs related to new product and processes, product changes, ensuring ROs is equipped with adequate knowledge to engage with the customers and also ROs earning maximum incentives.
  • Mentor and train ROs for effective Sales pitch, Customer communication to increase productivity and longevity in the bank.

Essential Requirements

  • Must be graduated
  • 4-5 years in Consumer Banking preferably Branch banking / Liabilities.
  • Good Knowledge of Banking Products across Retail Liabilities and Assets
  • Comfortable in leveraging client relationship to achieve sales targets
  • Proficient in English with strong communication and Presentation skills
