Job Description
- Job Title - Lead - Banking Treasury
- Location - Mumbai
- Work - In Office (5 days)
- Reporting to - Head of Treasury
Functional Responsibilities / KPIs:-
- Resource mobilisation from Banks and Financial Intuitions.
- Deep relationship with Public Sector/Private Sector/Foreign banks/Financial Intuitions at branch and Head office.
- Deep understanding of regulations affecting NBFCs/HFCs.
- Proven capability to Deliver Outcome with focus on integrity, ethics and governance.
- Leadership, networking & negotiation skills.
- Must have good communication skills; both oral & written.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and adequate availability of fund for business at desired cost.
- Handle term loan, Cash Credit, Direct assignment, PTCs proposals.
- Overseeing the liability side of the balance sheet.
- Manage, lead and strengthen relationships with bankers, external and internal stakeholders, credit rating agencies.
- Tracking of markets and interest rate/liquidity scenario and optimizing the risks vs. return on the overall liability side of the balance sheet.
- End-to-end execution of transactions from investor/lender interaction, deal structuring, assisting investor diligence till term sheet finalization and disbursement.
- Handling all compliances for securitization and loan documentation.
- Driving Interest cost reduction initiatives and other advisors Cashflow forecasting and managing surplus funds through investments in board approved investment options Treasury Reporting and MIS for ALM on regular basis.
- Alco meeting compliance.
