HR Assistant @ Indusind Bank

Job Description

The candidate would be mainly responsible for working on Talent Acquisition & assisting in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.

Role & responsibilities:

• Sourcing for New/Open Positions
• Coordination for Interview scheduling with Line Manager
• HR Screening of shortlisted candidates and to maintain their records
• Documentation/Offer Negotiation/CIBIL/CFR/Ref Checks
• Generating Offer Letter & Appointment Letter
• Maintaining Hiring Tracker & Co-ordinating with internal stakeholders
• Vendor Management
• Onboarding, Generating Employee ID, Payroll Inputs.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, employee queries, handling BGV cases
• Employee engagement activities

Preferred candidate profile:

• Academic Background: Any Graduate , MBA
• Relevant Working Experience in number of years: 0-2 years of experience
• Experience in Banking / NBFC Preferred

Skills & Competencies required:

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
• Aptitude for learning

Please note this will be a contractual role on banks payroll.
