Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO / BPM processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO / Voice / Non-Voice / Blended processes
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews
Coordinate with operations and hiring managers for interview scheduling
Maintain and update candidate data and MIS reports
Ensure target-based hiring within defined timelines
Explain job roles, salary, shifts, and company policies to candidates
Follow up with selected candidates till joining and onboarding
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements / Eligibility
Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
0 to 1 year experience in HR recruitment (Freshers can apply)
Good communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is an added advantage)
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Willingness to work 6 days a week
