Omega Healthcare is looking for skilled Medical Coders specializing in Home Health Coding and Quality Assurance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have BCHH certification and experience in accurately coding home health care services, ensuring compliance and quality standards.

Role & responsibilities

• Perform detailed and accurate medical coding for home health care claims.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with coding guidelines and company standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and billing teams to clarify documentation and resolve coding issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding regulations and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• BCHH Certification (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a Home Health Coder and QA professional
• Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS codes related to home health
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in WFH setups or from office locations
