Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing and processing customer disputes related to card transactions.
- Gather and validate transaction details and supporting documents.
- Ensure timely updates and accurate documentation of cases in the system.
- Communicate with internal teams to follow up on dispute status and resolution.
- Learn and apply Visa/Mastercard dispute resolution guidelines and internal policies.
- Support the team in meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by highlighting process gaps or challenges.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any relevant stream.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in US Shift (3:30 Pm to 12:30 PM and 5:30 PM to 2:30 PM)
- Quick learner with a strong interest in the banking/financial services domain.
- Face to face interview on Friday (10th Oct. 2025)
