Job Title: Business development executive

Location: NCR , Pune,chennai,chandigarh,bengaluru, Hyderabad
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with strong convincing and communication skills to join our team as full-time Sales & Marketing Executives. The role involves outbound calling, field sales, and client interaction to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and field visits for sales and client acquisition.
  • Convince and engage customers effectively in both English and regional languages.
  • Achieve sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
  • Maintain basic documentation and reporting using computer applications.

Eligibility:

  • Education: HSC, Graduates & Postgraduates (MBA, PGDM, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.A, B.Tech, B.E).
  • Male candidates only.
  • Must own a bike and smartphone.

Skills Required:

  • Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Proficiency in English and regional language.

Job Profile Telemarketing Executive (TME)

  • Location: All Major Cities In India
  • Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate / UG with 1-year experience
  • Experience: Fresher & Experienced candidates can apply
  • Age Limit: 18 34 years

Salary & Benefits

  • Fresher:
    • 13 months: 18,631 CTC (~14,500 in-hand)
    • From 4th month: 23,290 CTC (~18,800 in-hand)
    • Retention bonus: ~13,000 in 5th month
  • Experienced (with verified docs): 23,290 CTC (~18,800 in-hand)
  • Benefits: Gratuity, Medical Insurance, Accidental Insurance, Incentives

Responsibilities

  • Cold calling & lead generation
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Promoting and selling products/services

Skills Required

  • Go-getter attitude
  • Good convincing & communication skills (English + regional language)
  • Outbound calling/sales experience (added advantage)
