Key Responsibilities:
Handle calls related to Airline Services, Assist customers with booking, Cancellation, rescheduling and other quires.
Providing excellent customer support while ensuring
first call resolution.
Maintaining Professional communication and adhering
to company quality Standards.
Work in coordination with the team to meet daily
KRA's and KPI's
Required Skills & Qualification
*Graduation is Mandatory and Minimum 1 Year Travel Process Experience is Mandatory*
Shift Timings:
*Males-Ability to work in 24*7 rotational shifts
*Females-6.00 Am to 8.00 Pm window
Salary Slab:
*Salary for 1 Year Travel Background Exp- 40K CTC*
Should be on paper experience.
Working Days- *5 Days a week, 2 Rotational Weekoff's*
