Job Description
Position 1 - Design Engineer
Qualifications: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. M.Tech in Mechanical Design (Preferred)
Experience: 2 to 6 years
Role & responsibilities
Design and model heat exchangers with 100% accuracy using CAD tools such as CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks.
- Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for manufacturing and validation purposes.
- Ensure compliance with GD&T, Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFM/A) principles, and internal design standards.
Position 2 - Marketing/Business Development
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience- 5-8 years
Role & responsibilities
- Drive new business: lead generation, RFQs, pricing, and order booking.
- Acquire and grow new customer accounts.
- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and strong relationships.
- Analyze business trends, competition, and forecasts for improvement.
- Support NPD team for smooth product launches.
Position 3 - Manufacturing Engineering
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5-7 years
Role & responsibilities
- Lead and optimize manufacturing and process engineering activities, including new product development, process design, validation, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and shop floor operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely project delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, mentor teams, and implement best practices in process, maintenance, and production excellence
