Executive Process Engineer - Navi Mumbai (Rabale ) @ Godrej Properties

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Observation of lab trials during new project and new process. Record all parameters and operation and prepare draft for piloting and execute same during pilot batches.
• Lead to carry out pilot operations during shift as per instruction and work planning in shift.
• Observe lab process and list out critical operations. Calculate exothermic and other required details. Calculations of heat load for utility consumption.
• Take responsibility to develop process for yield improvement, quality improvement, reduce RM consumption and reducing time cycle.
• Demonstrate batches at Pilot Plant and generate data with proper records. Support to commercialisation of product on plant scale.
• Carry out MOC study with lab chemist for process. Equipment mapping for process as per MOC.
• To prepare volume data and mass balance (BFD) for pilot batches of various projects. Prepare P&ID for process.
• Execute the pilot batches as per planning and raise the procurement required chemicals and equipments.
• Carry out process Hazop and process HIRA.
• Handle modifications and arrangement of equipment for new pilot process.
