Job Description
- You are a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation projects. Your role involves leading or supporting end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules. You gather and analyze business requirements, map them to SAP solutions, and configure SAP FI and CO modules. Additionally, you collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct system testing, support data migration efforts, develop end-user training, and provide post-go-live support. You also collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and reports, while staying updated with SAP S/4HANA innovations and best practices. - Lead or support end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules - Gather and analyze business requirements; map them to SAP solutions - Configure SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA) - Work with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP for integration touchpoints - Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) - Support data migration efforts using tools like LTMC/LSMW - Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation - Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements - Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and reports - Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA innovations and best practices - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field - 5+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation - Strong knowledge of financial processes and SAP FICO configurations - Experience with Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, and HANA reporting - Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Fiori apps - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - SAP Certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance is a plus You will be working in a company that values innovation and staying at the forefront of technology.,
