Job Description
- As the Manager of Global Enterprise Physical and Logical Security Programs at Cognizant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing security efforts, identifying security initiatives and standards, and ensuring security compliance across various departments to effectively manage security risks. Your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your extensive 15+ years of experience in Cloud security technologies/vendors to plan, design, deploy, configure, integrate, and manage zero trust security solutions like ZTNA, SASE, SWG, CASB. - Onboarding SaaS applications with CASB platform to enforce threat detection/prevention, conditional access, Information Protection, and Shadow IT policies. - Managing a team of Engineers/Managers and overseeing the operations of Zscaler ZTNA deployments. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of multi-tier application architecture, API, cloud risk, threats, vulnerabilities, and impact. - Supporting system-based processes, scenario design, flow mapping, internal & external stakeholders coordination, and new process design. - Utilizing knowledge in Azure AD, Postman, ServiceNow, and scripting languages for workflow creation. - Applying progressive information security experience in domains such as Cloud Security monitoring, Network Security, Host/Endpoint Security, Application Security, Data Security, Incident Response, Security Monitoring, Vulnerability Management. - Experience in data collection, representation of KPI and metrics dashboards, and translating technical risk issues to IT business leaders. - Understanding of information risk management frameworks, regulations, data protection guidelines, and standards. - Supporting and providing artifacts for internal/external IT audits with strong written and verbal communication skills. - Collaborating effectively with global teams, working across time zones, cultures, and languages. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years working experience with Cloud security technologies/vendors. - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience. - Certifications like CCSP, CCSK, CISSP, CCIE, or Vendor specific certifications (Zscaler, Palo Alto, Cisco) like Zscaler ZTNA Certifications - ZTCA/ZDTA.,
