Fulltime - Onsite (Rotational shift)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting & Analytics professional with expertise in advanced reporting, dashboards, PRISM, and worksheets. This role involves managing reporting initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and a small team to deliver actionable insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain advanced, matrix, and calculated field reports in Workday.
Develop and manage Workday dashboards, discovery boards, and PRISM analytics.
Create and manage Workday worksheets for reporting and analysis.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver accurate, timely reports.
Manage reporting operations and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Lead and mentor a team, ensuring quality delivery and professional growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience in Workday Advanced Reporting (including matrix and calculated fields).
Proven expertise with Workday Dashboards, Discovery Boards, PRISM, and Worksheets.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in operations and people management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
