Source and screen candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and social media.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate offers, salary expectations, and notice periods.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly reports.
Ensure timely closures of positions and meet hiring targets.
