Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Installation: Install new water purifiers at customer homes or businesses.
- Maintenance: Conduct regular servicing, including cleaning and replacing parts like filters, to ensure optimal performance.
- Repair: Diagnose and repair issues with water purification systems, replacing faulty components as needed.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to explain issues and provide solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshooting: Identify the cause of malfunctions in water purifiers and apply corrective actions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain reports on maintenance and repairs, following health and safety regulations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: A minimum of 10th or 12th pass is often required, though a diploma or vocational course can also be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Equipment: A basic understanding of water treatment processes and components.
- Documentation: You may need essential documents like a PAN card, Aadhar card, and a driving license for field service.
- Learning Attitude: A strong willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest advancements in water purification technology.
